The front showed a portrait of King Rama VIII on the left, the Garuda at the upper middle or above of the portrait, and the Ayarapot on the lower right corner. The Phra Patom Chedi Temple depicts on the middle of note. On the back was a picture of the Royal Anantasamakom throne Hall among a guilloche design.
