The front showed a portrait of King Rama VII on the left, the Garuda at the upper middle or above of the portrait, and the Ayarapot on the lower right corner. The scene of a river community depicts on the middle of note. On the back was a picture of Phra Samut Chedi Temple among a guilloche design.
