The medium value Mai were printed on horizontal white paper with European-style leaf design on both sides. The Thai scripted side were printed with black ink and stamped in red royal seal and Chinese word, "Fu", meaning to protect. Another side the delineated flowers and leaves were printed and red major royal seal was stamped in the middle. Some of the medium value Mai have manuscripts in English at the top. The medium value Mai were found in four denominations, 3 Tamlung, 4 Tamlung, 6 Tamlung and 10 Tamlung The note size is 10.0 centimeters in width and 14.0 centimeters in length. Thai script stated "Return 4 Tamlung to those need to redeem. Keep this Mai, the property still remains". |
