Low value Mai ; Thai script side Low value Mai ; denomination side

          The low value Mai were printed on vertical white paper with different design on both sides. The Thai scripted side were printed in black ink and stamped in red lotus emblem and royal seal. The denomination value was printed on another side in twelve languages, Thai, Chinese, Latin, English, Hindee, Malay, cambodian, Burmese, Raman, Laotian, Bali and Sanskit in order to widespread understand.

          The low value Mai were found in six denominations, Fuang, Salung, Salung Fuang, 2 Salung, 3 Salung, 1 Baht. There were embossed marks in the paper that represent the value of them. Each embossed mark represented 1 Fuang, for example, Salung Mai bore 2 Fuang embossed (1 Salung = 2 Fuang) and these embossed mark could be regconized by the blind.

          The note size is 5.0 centimeters in width and 8.7 centimeters in length.

           Thai script stated "Use this Mai instead of money. The Royal Treasury will return money for those redeem in between noon and 3pm at Army house in the Grand Palace".
